Abqoreh Baqaa is a traditionally produced Persian verjus – a sour juice made from unripe grapes . For centuries, it has been valued in cooking as a mild alternative to vinegar or lemon. The taste is intensely sour, yet pleasantly mild with a fruity-green note. The package contains 500ml .
