Do Ateshe literally means "twice roasted" and describes a particularly crispy chickpea specialty that is traditionally very popular in Afghanistan and Iran. The chickpeas are roasted twice using a special process, giving them an extra-firm texture, a delicate roasted aroma, and a long shelf life. They are all-natural, filling, and perfect as a snack on the go.
