Shundurkhani raisins are among the finest varieties of green raisins from Afghanistan, particularly from the sun-drenched valleys of Kandahar province. These raisins are made from green grapes that are slowly dried in the shade in mud huts, which preserves their characteristic green color, soft texture, and intense sweetness. They are considered exceptionally high-quality and are traditionally enjoyed as a delicacy.
