Tūt-e Siyāh is the dried fruit of the black mulberry tree (Morus nigra), known for its intense aroma and high nutritional content. Our black mulberries come from Khanjan (خانجان), a rural region in Baghlān province, where they thrive under ideal conditions – fertile soils, clear mountain air, and traditional farming practices.
👉 The fruits are harvested by hand, gently dried in the sun, and processed using natural methods. They impress with their sweet and tart flavor, dark color, and soft, chewy texture.
