Product description & origin

Qurut – also known as dried yogurt – is a traditional food from Afghan cuisine. Made from fermented yogurt (cow's or sheep's milk), the liquid is pressed out, formed into small balls or chunks, and gently sun-dried. Our qurut is handcrafted in Afghanistan – free of additives, rich in flavor and nutrients. Its robust, salty, and slightly sour taste makes it a typical ingredient in many traditional dishes.
